Carla Marie Oler, 66, of Parkersburg, Iowa, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019, at MercyOne-Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. 

A celebration of Carla’s life was held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at the First Congregational Church in Parkersburg with Pastor Brian Koelsch officiating. Burial was held in Oak Hill Cemetery in New Hartford. Memorials may be directed to the family.
