Richard Herter

Richard “Dick” Herter, 75, of Parkersburg died Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo. Services were held on Saturday, January 13, at Ascension Lutheran Church in Waterloo with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, Cedar Falls. Military honors were conducted by the Cedar Falls AMVETS Post #49 Honor Guard. The Richardson Funeral Service of Cedar Falls was in charge of the arrangements.
