Kothe Library hosts charcuterie class

Thirteen attendees from Cedar Falls, Aplington, Parkersburg and rural Butler County were in attendance for a charcuterie class at the Parkersburg Civic Center on Oct. 22. Julie Versluis led the class sponsored by the Friends of Kothe Memorial Library, teaching attendees about different meats, cheeses, crackers and other food options to use on the board, and also made roses to use in helping make for an appealing display of the food.
