Shirley Palmer Lindaman, 101

Shirley Palmer Lindaman was born July 15, 1924 in Parkersburg, Iowa the daughter of Grant & Mildred Wiley Palmer.  She died peacefully on November 3, 2025 having reached the age of 101.

Shirley grew up in rural Parkersburg graduating from Parkersburg High School in 1941.  On September 16, 1942 she was married to Don Lindaman. Together they raised three children in Aplington, Iowa before retiring in 1985 and moving to Sun City West, Arizona

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Don, her parents Grant & Mildred, one brother George Palmer and sister-in-law Marilyn

Shirley is survived by her three children, Judy (Jim) Grubs, Becky (Alan) Ostercamp, Grant (Kathi Jo) Lindaman, eight grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and two nieces & a nephew.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
